Refund policy

Digital products

Everything VAWZINE sells is a digital product. After checkout, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you. Nothing is printed and nothing is shipped.

Change of mind

Because the guide is delivered digitally and in full at the moment of purchase, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds once the file has been downloaded. Every chapter of the guide is described on the product page, and real pages from inside the book are shown before you buy, so you can see exactly what you're getting.

If you haven't downloaded the file yet, you can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

When we will always put it right

Contact us and we'll fix it or refund you in full if:

• your download doesn't arrive;
• the file is corrupted, incomplete or won't open;
• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• the guide isn't what the product page describes.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at vawzineofficiel@gmail.com, or use the contact page on this website, with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or PayPal.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the consumer law that applies to you, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 where it applies. If the law gives you more rights than this policy, the law takes precedence.
