1. About these terms

This website (vawzine.com) is operated by VAWZINE. By buying from or using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. What you're buying

VAWZINE sells digital guides. Organic Social Media Growth is a 68-page PDF guide, delivered as a digital download (.zip file). It's an educational product to read and apply.

3. Your order and delivery

Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. Your download link then appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to the address you gave at checkout. If the link doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll resend it.

4. Licence and permitted use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the guide. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish it, in whole or in part, or use its contents to create a competing product. All content remains the property of VAWZINE.

5. No guarantee of results

The guide sets out frameworks and principles for organic social media growth. It doesn't promise any particular number of followers, engagement, reach, sales or business outcome. Results depend on your niche, your effort and consistency, and factors outside anyone's control, including changes made by the platforms. Nothing in the guide is financial, legal or professional advice.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product page in US dollars and may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners, such as PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Third-party platforms

The guide discusses third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook and X. VAWZINE isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them, and isn't responsible for changes they make.

9. Using the website

We aim to keep the website available, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Please don't misuse the site or try to access it in ways that aren't intended.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the guide is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
